About

Bonnie Rose began the practice of art as a way to express her inner world after a young life of extreme trauma. She discovered that the action, the doing, of her artistic expression brought healing and a sense of spiritual connection. Her passion for nature, particularly trees and wildlife,  and her love of the vigorous action of mountain biking, are expressed in her latest works showcasing the land of the Fort Ord National Monument. In her portraits and landscapes, an impressionistic sense of color and soulfulness are seen and felt.
